We get it; great food can take a celebration from good to totally awesome! We are huge foodies here at Stockwith and we like to do things a little differently; you won’t find us insisting that you choose from stuffy boring set menus, no siree! We want you to choose a mouth-watering menu that tickles your taste buds AND matches your budget.
We are confident we have chosen the cream of the crop with our catering partners. They are the key ingredients in providing you with a variety of options to create your perfect menu, get in touch with them to whet your appetite.
Afternoon Tea
Our Afternoon Tea is a feast for the senses—think delicate finger sandwiches, tempting savouries and freshly baked scones (with plenty of clotted cream & jam, of course!), and an irresistible selection of sweet treats.
Pair it all with a piping hot pot of your favourite tea, or, if you’re feeling fancy, a glass of bubbles! All served to you on colourful, vintage, mis-matched vintage crockery.

FAQ
Can we use our own caterers?
In short, no (sorry, not sorry!) We have carefully chosen each and every one of our caterers. They do a great job, know our venue requirements and we work in perfect harmony. We already have their Food Hygiene, Public Liability Insurance and PAT certificates on file and we discuss timings with them directly.
Do you provide cutlery & crockery?
If you have opted for a delicious Stockwith Afternoon Tea or our yummy Evening Platters we will of course provide you with everything you need. For all other catering options please chat with your chosen caterer as they will provide this for you.
Can we bring in our own buffet?
Whilst we strive to make sure you can personalise every part of your day this isn’t something we would recommend; do you really want to be buttering sarnies on the morning of your wedding? And even if you can get Great Aunt Glenda to make them for you where are you going to store them, who is going to put them out and importantly make sure the sweaty prawns don’t have you running for the hills by 9pm? Enough said!!
Will you cut up our Wedding Cake?
Of course…. and we won’t charge you for doing this either (yep that is a thing at some venues!) We pop this onto boards and just ask that you provide some napkins or boxes in case some guests want to take theirs home and leave a box to pop any uncut cake into.
