We like to keep our pricing structure simple and fair, let’s take a peek at what’s included within your venue fee;
Exclusive Use of the entire venue. That means all the people onsite are there by your personal invitation; either your guests to celebrate with you or your team working hard to ensure your day is everything you dreamed it would be. From 09:00am until 23.30pm our home is now yours for your special day.

There is a supplement fee of £250 on all Bank Holiday weekend dates.
Ceremony Only
Ceremony only options are available all year. May to October typically outdoors, November to April typically indoors:
- 4 hour Hire
- Set up
- Ceremony (including seating)
- Reception and photos
- Outdoor ceremony up to 90 guests
- Indoor ceremony up to 56 guests
- Reception package:
- £12 per guest (includes)
- Drinks reception (1 per person)
- Ice Cream Bike (4 delicious flavours)
- Additional drinks can be purchased

Do your prices include vat?
*Yes, all prices quoted include VAT at the current rate of 20%.
Is there a Bank holiday supplement?
Yes, there is a supplement fee of £250 on all Bank Holiday weekend dates.
Do you have minimum guest numbers?
Only on a Saturday, minimum numbers of 40 adult guests apply.
Do you have a minimum bar spend?
Yes, there is a minimum bar spend requirement of £1000 on all event bookings. Any pre-ordered drinks will count towards this spend.
How do we pay for drinks on the day?
We accept cash and card payment. By prior discussion you can set up a pre-paid tab, token or voucher system.
do you take a security deposit
Yes, a £500 deposit is payable with your final invoice. This is 100% fully refundable as long as no damage or loss of property has taken place during your event. The deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of your hire date.
